Right of withdrawal and cancellation

For contracts for accommodation services booked for a specific date or period, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts under § 18 (1) item 10 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG).

A booking can be cancelled under our cancellation policy: free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date; for later cancellations, 90% of the total price is charged. The full conditions are in our General Terms and Conditions.
