General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the accommodation provider (hereinafter referred to as the "Hotel") and the guest. Subsidiarily, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) in their current version shall apply.

An accommodation contract is concluded upon acceptance of the reservation by the Hotel. Reservations may be made in writing, by telephone, by email, via online platforms, or through the Hotel's official website.

All prices are stated in Euro including statutory VAT, excluding local tourist tax unless otherwise specified.

The Hotel reserves the right to request a deposit, require a credit card guarantee, or charge the total amount prior to arrival.

For bookings made through the Hotel's website, payments are processed via the external payment provider Stripe.

In case of cancellation, only the amount actually received by the Hotel will be refunded.

Stripe transaction and processing fees are non-refundable.

The Hotel offers a 24-hour self check-in system using an access code.

The access code will be sent automatically via email one day prior to arrival.

The guest is responsible for providing a correct email address. The Hotel is not liable for delivery failures due to technical issues or incorrect information.

Late departure may result in an additional night being charged.

The decisive date is the date the written cancellation is received.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.

A cleaning fee of €200.00 will be charged in case of violation.

The Hotel reserves the right to claim additional damages if applicable.

The guest is liable for all damages caused by themselves or accompanying persons.

Repair and replacement costs will be charged in full.

In case of damage or loss of electrical appliances, a deposit of €500.00 may be charged.

Pets are not permitted in indoor areas.

An exception applies exclusively to the outdoor guest garden.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate unless explicitly booked as part of a package.

Price: €15.00 per person per day.

For security and protection purposes, publicly accessible areas may be subject to video surveillance.

The Hotel's liability is governed by Austrian law (§ 970 et seq. ABGB) and the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB).

Austrian law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction, insofar as legally permissible, shall be the competent court at the registered office of the Hotel.
