General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the accommodation provider (hereinafter referred to as the "Hotel") and the guest. Subsidiarily, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) in their current version shall apply.

An accommodation contract is concluded upon acceptance of the reservation by the Hotel. Reservations may be made in writing, by telephone, by email, via online platforms, or through the Hotel's official website.

All prices are stated in euro as final prices, including statutory VAT and the local tourist tax. The tourist tax is shown as a separate line in the booking summary but is already included in the total.

The Hotel reserves the right to request a deposit, require a credit card guarantee, or charge the total amount prior to arrival.

For bookings made through the Hotel's website, payments are processed via the external payment provider Stripe.

In case of cancellation, only the amount actually received by the Hotel will be refunded.

Stripe transaction and processing fees are non-refundable.

The Hotel offers a 24-hour self check-in system using an access code.

The access code will be sent automatically via email one day prior to arrival.

The guest is responsible for providing a correct email address. The Hotel is not liable for delivery failures due to technical issues or incorrect information.

Late departure may result in an additional night being charged.

The period is counted from the arrival date, not from the booking date. The decisive time is when the written cancellation is received.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.

A cleaning fee of €200.00 will be charged in case of violation.

The Hotel reserves the right to claim additional damages if applicable.

The guest is liable for all damages caused by themselves or accompanying persons.

Repair and replacement costs will be charged in full.

In case of damage or loss of electrical appliances, a deposit of €500.00 may be charged.

Pets are not permitted in indoor areas.

An exception applies exclusively to the outdoor guest garden.

Breakfast is optional and not included in the room rate. When booking, you choose with or without breakfast, and the total price follows your choice. Packages state whether breakfast is included.

Price: €15.00 per adult per night. Reduced prices apply for children as shown on the booking page.

Breakfast is served daily from 07:00 to 10:00.

For security and protection purposes, publicly accessible areas may be subject to video surveillance.

The Hotel's liability is governed by Austrian law (§ 970 et seq. ABGB) and the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB).

Austrian law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction, insofar as legally permissible, shall be the competent court at the registered office of the Hotel.
