Welcome to the Hotel Mediterraneo...
1. Your room is available to you from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival.
2. On the day of departure we ask you to make the room/apartment available to us by 11 a.m. in the morning. We would also like to be able to hand over a clean apartment to the next guest.
3. Breakfast is not included in the room price (except when booking the full package on the website) and costs € 12.00 per person per day.
4. Please note the smoking ban in all premises.
5. Pets are not allowed in any of the rooms (except for the guest garden).
6. We have to pass on repair costs for the device to you.
7. In the event of damage, theft or loss of the electrical equipment, you will be charged a deposit of €500.00.
8. On request, we will be happy to change your bed linen every day for an additional charge. For a longer stay, the bed linen is changed once a week changed.
9. Free cancellation possible up to 2 weeks before arrival. Less than 2 weeks billing of 100% of the agreed fee.
10. If you arrive later than 6 p.m. on the day of arrival, please let us know.
11. In all other cases, the Austrian hotel contract conditions also apply to us.
